About Trina

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in movement as a means to make life more meaningful. I spent long hours training as a competitive gymnast and swimming in the Pacific Ocean during my youth.  As an adult, I have pursued an undergrad in exercise science and graduate studies in Physical Therapy because I believe that- in addition to how we think and what we eat- how we move is a primary means for us to maintain our health. I am interested in how movement can keep us healthy, identifying barriers limiting movement and challenging them.

In addition to having my doctorate in physical therapy (my clinical speciality is in orthopedics) I am also a 200hour RYT,  and I am LSVT Big and PWR! certified.
